Adoption Application

PLEASE NOTE:  WE DO NOT SHIP DOGS AND PREFER TO PLACE DOGS WITHIN ONE HOUR OF WEST ORANGE, NJ.

Since the rescue dog has already been separated from their home, we try to match the dog up with the applicant that can best meet a particular dog's needs to ensure a permanent new home. If you are not willing to undertake some basic house training, DO NOT APPLY to this rescue organization. Even dogs listed as house-trained will need reinforcement in the beginning in their new home environment and there will be accidents in the home occasionally. Bichons, as a breed, are notorious for being difficult to house train, and some of them (especially the males) may never be fully house trained. In these cases you should be willing to have them wear a belly band or male dog wrap inside or overnight if needed. Adoption approval will require having an in-person or virtual home check by sending several comprehensive videos of your home, inside and out, back yard, fencing etc. If you are not willing to submit to a home check you will not be considered for adoption. Due to the volume of applications we receive, we cannot answer all individual emails and applications. Thank you for considering a rescue dog. Remember always.... ADOPT... Don't Shop!
